Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean.

Diamond Platnumz expresses love for Zari during an interview (Video)

0

Diamond Platnumz has shocked everyone especially ladies who are now very jealous and saying very few Ugandan men would call their girlfriends / wives during an interview and express their love for them in public just like Diamond aka Dangote did during his recent interview.

We managed to get a clip and you can watch it below and this confirms everything about Diamond Platnumz being deep in love with Zari though some people claim they are not so deep in love with each other but this should clarify everything.

In the clip we see Diamond asking Zari where she was and it seems she was home watching a movie which she later mentioned to be: Think Like A Man 2 though her accent has left people laughing at her claiming Zari should stop forging accent and talk normally.

No doubt the Tanzanian star is treating the boss lady better than Ivan Ssemwanga did and this should make Ivan jealous and be the one to blame for Zari’s jumpy behaviors while still with him because it contradicts her life now as we all see Diamond has made her settle.

Anita Fabiola Hooks New Man

0

Anita Fabiola is back on the dating headlines again. Rumor has it that the presenter is currently seeking comfort in the hands of a Sudanese gentleman identified as Joe, some one she’s known for over 4 years.
If you’ve been keeping up with Fabiola’s dating life, this name shouldn’t sound new to you. Joe has always been mentioned to be a part of the presenter’s life since her days with Mo Red but no source confirmed a relationship between them. The rumor keeps on phasing out shortly after surfacing.
Just as it’s claimed, there’s no smoke without fire, this smoke has been present for over four years and indeed there has to be fire.
Anita Fabiola part ways with Meddie Ssentongo last year claiming Meddie is illiterate and they couldn’t rhyme with each other but according to a source, Meddie ended the relationship because Anita Fabiola was seeing Joe at the same time.

Sheba Struggles For 50k

0

It is no doubt that Ugandan musicians struggle a lot with cash issues. Even the ones who are considered well off can’t resist a freebie tossed their way as celebrated singer Sheba Karungi demonstrated.

The Ice Cream singer who was part of the night’s entertainment almost climbed over people to pick a Shs 50,000 note someone had tipped her. ‘It was such a pathetic sight, as soon as Sheba saw the note; it was as if she had seen the Holy Grail; she almost jumped over the rails in her excitement to get to the money.’ An eye witness revealed.

She however put up one of the most thrilling performances of the night. She also looked stunning in quarter pants with nothing but a bra showing off her toned tummy teamed with just a jacket on top.

Uganda’s Young Baseballers Make History

0

A team of young baseball players from Uganda are to make history when they play for the first African team in the Little League Baseball World Series.

They are the first African team to compete in the Little League Baseball World Series in Pennsylvania – and they’ve been given a huge welcome – Reports Aljazeera world news service.

Last year, the players and their coaches lost their first game when the State Department denied visa applications. The Little League World Series, which begun on Aug 19 2011, proceeded without them. The State Department did not give specific reasons for the denial, but it told Little League officials that there were discrepancies in the players’ documentation.

More information about the Little League Baseball World Series can be found on Pennlive.com

We at Kampala Buzz wish good luck to the Uganda Little League Baseball team.

Aerolink Launch Service to Bwindi National Park

Gorillas on the Fly:  Flying to Bwindi Impenetrable Gorilla National Park with Aerolink

Anyone that has traversed the winding and incomplete roads to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest not only understands fully the meaning of an “African Massage” but wonders why one of Uganda’s biggest tourism attractions is also one of most inaccessible.

Even vehicles equipped with 4-wheel drive are no match for Uganda’s roads, as there are always causalities stranded on the roadside.  The alternative of chartering a flight can run up to US$1000, a small fortune.  Although many of Uganda’s neighbors have already established scheduled domestic flights it is was just a few days ago that Aerolink was able to run its first scheduled flight to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, southwestern Uganda.

The daily flight to Bwindi – Kihihi Airstrip, sets off from Entebbe at 8:30am daily.  The spacious 11-seat caravan is staffed by two pilots and equipped with the latest avionics and technology.  Taking off from Entebbe is uneventful, with the rest of the flight being relatively smooth.

The highlight of the flight is the stunning aerial views of Uganda’s quilted countryside, which gives a new perspective into Uganda’s beauty.  Landing at Kihihi two hours later is a little rough, but nothing unexpected.  Being able to arrive at Bwindi at 10:30am is a sigh of relief compared to the tedious 9 hour journey by car, leaving the whole day open to the cocktail of activities that Bwindi has to offer, such as the Batwa Trail and the Bwindi Community Hospital tour.

The next day, travellers start with an early morning gorilla trek into the dense rain forest.  Hiking through the lush, verdant jungle to come across the gorillas in their natural habitat is one of the most moving experiences that Africa has to offer. Transferring to Kihihi after lunch, the flight back to Entebbe leaves promptly at 2:05pm, arriving in Entebbe a little after 4:00pm.

Aerolink offers a unique service to travelers that do not wish to navigate the roads or have limited holiday time.  Besides Bwindi, Aerolink also offers sheduled flights to Queen Elizabeth National Park (Kasese Airstrip) and Murchison Falls Game Park (Pakuba and Bugungu Airstrips).  With fares starting as low as US$245, and with daily departures that require no minimum number of passengers, Aerolink provides reliable, punctual, and affordable access across the “Pearl of Africa.”

AeroLink Uganda is affiliated to Airkenya Express in Kenya and Regional Air Services in Tanzania.

The Package:

Churchill Safaris is offering a special promotion to celebrate the launch of Aerolink, offering two and three-day safaris to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to see the gorillas using the services of Aerolink.  For more information email info@visitbwindi.com or visit their website at www.visitbwindi.com

DJ Apeman Cheats Death

0

Celebrated Kampala DJ, DJ APEMAN (real name Kenneth Kayiwa) has everything to be thankful for to the lord after escaping death after a fatal accident earlier this week.
The accident occurred on Sunday November 20th as ‘The Silverback’ returned from a gig in Fort Portal with his crew.

According to the turntablist, the accident happened after a big trailer approached him with full lights on. The misty conditions did not make things any better and the DJ who was driving his black Nissan Elgrand tried to swerve. He lost control of the large luxury passenger van which was badly destroyed. He, however, escaped unhurt but three of his passengers got bruises.

Sadly, one DJ Sparkle who was traveling with him was not as lucky and died on the spot.
